The AI that rewrites your experience

A recruiter spends an average of 6 seconds on a resume. Six seconds is about ten lines. Those lines have to say what you did and what came of it, with verbs that show initiative and numbers wherever you have them.

That is the work the AI does on the resume on screen. It suggests rewrites section by section, each shown opposite the passage it concerns, with the reason for the change. You accept or reject them one at a time. Nothing is rewritten behind your back.
