The Epimoni Chrome extension recognises the fields on a job application form and fills them from your CV. LinkedIn, Indeed, company career sites and the French job boards. You review, you correct, you send: nothing is submitted for you.

Your data stays with you

The extension keeps your details in your browser, on your computer. They are not synced between devices and do not travel through our servers on every fill: they are put there once, when you load your CV into the extension.

Details your CV does not hold, such as your postal address or salary expectation, are entered in the extension and are never sent to us. They disappear if you uninstall it, and a button clears them at any time.

We do not collect the contents of the forms you fill, the text of the postings you read, or your browsing history. What we measure is counters: how many fields were filled, on which site, and which were rejected, so we know where the extension is still wrong.

Paid features such as cover-letter writing send your CV and the posting text to our servers for as long as it takes to produce the result. That is the same processing as on the site, and it only happens when you click.

How it works

Three steps, once.

  1. Install the extension

    One click from the Chrome Web Store. It works on Chrome and on Chromium-based browsers such as Edge.

  2. Load your CV

    Two ways in. Connect your Epimoni account and pick the CV to use, or write your CV straight into the extension — no account is needed to fill applications. Either way it is saved on your computer. With an account the extension follows your plan, and every job-ad analysis is waiting for you in the editor.

  3. Open an application

    On a posting, click the Epimoni icon then Fill this page. Review, correct if needed, send.

What is a job application autofill extension?

An autofill extension is a small piece of software in your browser that reads the form on screen, works out what each field is asking for, and writes your CV details into it. You stop retyping your name, email, phone, city, current role and LinkedIn profile for every application.

Field by field the saving looks small. Over a search it is not: an active job hunt often means dozens of applications, each asking for the same ten facts. It is the most repetitive and least useful work in the whole process.

What matters more is what the saved time buys. Minutes not spent on data entry are minutes you can spend tailoring your CV to the role and writing a cover letter that is actually about that company.

One thing to be clear about: the extension fills, it never sends. No button is clicked for you. Every filled field is flagged and one click undoes them all. An application sent before you had read it would be unrecoverable damage, not a time saving.

It does not guess either. When a field is ambiguous it says so instead of filling it at random, and it never touches questions that are not about you: emergency contacts, the recruiter's details, sign-in or payment fields.

What the extension fills

Taken from your Epimoni CV, plus the details you enter once in the extension itself.

  • Identity and contactCV

    First name, last name, email, phone and city, read straight from your Epimoni CV. If you sign in with Google, the first and last name come from your account, so no name-splitting mistakes.

  • Current roleCV

    Job title, employer, years of experience computed from your dates, skills and languages.

  • Links and summaryCV

    LinkedIn profile, personal site or portfolio, and your profile summary when the form asks for a few words about you.

  • Address and availabilityLocal

    Street, postal code, country, work authorisation, salary expectation and notice period. A CV holds none of these: you enter them once in the extension and they stay on your computer.

  • Cover letterAI

    On France Travail the letter is mandatory and capped at 1,500 characters. Epimoni writes it from your CV and the posting on screen, within the limit. Paid plans only.

Frequently asked questions

Filling forms is free, unlimited and needs no account. The AI features, such as comparing a job ad against your CV, follow the same rules as the website: one an hour with no account or a free one, unlimited on a paid plan from 1 euro.
LinkedIn, Indeed, France Travail, HelloWork, APEC and Welcome to the Jungle are recognised directly. Everywhere else, including company career pages and recruiting software such as Taleez, Flatchr or Teamtailor, click the Epimoni icon to fill the page on screen.
No, deliberately. It fills the fields, you review them, and you click send. No application leaves without your action.
No. You can write your CV straight into the extension, or send it from Epimoni without signing in: either way it stays on your computer and filling works. An account does two things: it applies your paid plan to job-ad analyses, and it keeps every analysis waiting for you in the Epimoni editor.
