What is resume parsing?
Resume parsing extracts the information in a resume (identity, roles, dates, degrees, skills) into fields software can use. Rule-based parsers break as soon as the layout is unusual. Epimoni uses a language model that reads the resume the way a person does, then returns a fixed format that is validated before it is sent back.
